Mr.
Logan is of counsel to the firm. He is admitted to practice
in the State of South Carolina, the U.S. Court of Appeals
for the Fourth Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. His
practice includes the representation of clients in all
types of litigation, but he practices primarily in the
field of alternative dispute resolution, with a concentration
on the conduct of mediations.

Because of his wide experience in litigation, his past service
as President of the South Carolina Bar and the Southern Conference
of Bar Presidents, President of the South Carolina Defense
Trial Attorneys Association, Chairman of the Judicial Council
of the State of South Carolina, Board Member of the Board
of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline of the South
Carolina Supreme Court and Charleston County Attorney and
his years of trial practice, Mr. Logan is qualified to evaluate
and resolve a range of civil litigation and other claims.
He is
a member of The American Board of Trial Advocates and a Fellow
of The American College of Trial Lawyers. He is listed in
The Best Lawyers in America in the fields of Alternative
Dispute Resolution and Personal Injury Litigation, and in
South Carolina Superlawyers in the areas of Alternative
Dispute Resolution and Personal Injury Defense: Products.
